Shipping & Returns


*Processing and shipping times can vary! All estimated dates are not guaranteed, unless express shipping is paid for*. Delivery dates for orders are estimates only. Our wreaths are custom/handmade and usually arrive 9-12 business days after is has shipped. All candles and other Knick Knacks usually ship out the next business day.
FREE SHIPPING available on Supply & Decor orders of $100 or more!!! (Shipping Ground to contiguous 48 states). Not available on wreath orders) Your order will be shipped via the least expensive carrier. Either USPS Priority or UPS Ground. If returns are made that put your original order below the required $100, your refund will be for products returned less the shipping cost.

Shipping


We ship Mon-Fri only. In-stock Supply and Decor items are typically shipped same day for orders placed prior to 10:00am Central Time. These deadlines are not guaranteed, as we do sometimes get inundated with large numbers of orders. Otherwise, they will go out next day. *December is a very busy month, and typically only orders placed Friday and Saturday will ship on Monday. Orders placed Sunday and Monday typically ship Tuesday* We ship UPS Ground and USPS Priority, which typically take 1-4 business days for delivery, but can take longer, and we also offer some expedited shipping options. When you place an order, our system will estimate the shipping cost based on weight, size, and shipping options you choose. If actual cost is significantly less than what was charged, we do our best to refund the difference.

UPS Shipping Options:

Ground: 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S.; 3–7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii. Monday–Friday. Delivery is by the end of the business day (Estimated Delivery Day is an estimate, not guaranteed.) No Delivery to P.O. Boxes

2Day: Guaranteed 2 Business Days; By 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 8 p.m. to residences); Monday–Friday, Available throughout all 50 states. No Saturday Delivery.

3Day: Guaranteed 3 Business Days; Delivery to businesses by 4:30 p.m. and to residences by 8 p.m. in 3 business days. Available throughout all states except Alaska and Hawaii.

Next Day Air: Guaranteed to arrive next business day by 12:00pm

Next Day Air Saver: Guaranteed next business day by 11pm.

USPS Shipping:

Priority Mail: Typically arrives in 1-3 days. However, USPS does NOT guarantee this, and can take much longer during the pandemic and especially the busy holiday season. Your package is insured in case of damage or if your package is lost, but delivery time is not guaranteed. If you have not received your package within 5 days, you will need to contact USPS, and they can log a research ticket to look into it at that time. (This is not uncommon during the busy Holiday season.)

Priority Express: Guaranteed to arrive in 1-2 days, but typically arrives in 2 days to most areas.

Returns Policy


We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their shopping experience and purchases. Most unused, unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund of purchase price. Seasonal items must be returned within 30 days. Out of Season, Sale and custom items are considered FINAL and may not be returned. The buyer will be responsible for any shipping charges, and any wreath returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. If you originally received Free Shipping on your order, and returns are made that put your original order below the required $100, your refund will be for products returned less the shipping cost. Damages or Missing/Incorrect Items

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with a picture of damaged item(s). Save all items and packaging until the issue is reconciled with UPS or USPS, and we can provide a refund or exchange. Please check your order upon arrival to make sure everything is received in good shape. Contact us immediately if you are missing an item or received the wrong item so that we can ship out the correct product ASAP, and to ensure availability of the item. We cannot provided credits for defective products after 3 weeks.
