A wreath may sometimes have a long journey before it arrives to its new home. To ensure that it survives the journey, extreme care has been taken during packing. Take care when removing your new wreath. To remove your wreath, first locate then cut the string/pipe cleaner holding it in place. You can twist the pipe cleaners to loosen if needed. You can now remove the wreath by carefully pulling it out of the box.
Tip: The pipe cleaners/String has been threaded through the outside of the box and secured with tape. You can also remove the wreath by removing the tape then cutting the pipe cleaners at these points (outside the box) to remove the wreath.
Each wreath is handmade and while every reasonable effort will be made to ensure the wreath will look exactly as the one chosen or that you've had custom made, there may be some variances due to the very fact that each one is individually created by hand, and the grapevines bases are also made by hand. Giving an individual base for each wreath.
If we have any issue with stock we will contact you directly prior to shipping to offer an alternative if possible.
To ensure your wreath lasts and stays in good condition, if placing outside please ensure during extreme weather conditions, take your wreath in as strong winds etc. and extreme sunlight may damage the wreath over time.
All of my wreaths are suitable for outside use but please note while they may be suitable for outside unless covered by a porch exposing to the elements long term my eventually fade some of the colors of the floral and fabrics.
To store your wreath when not in use, place in a box large enough that the wreath and any of the floral components are not squashed and cover with a large bag if it does not have a lid. You may also use a large garbage bag to store the wreath in and store in a cool, dark place. Ensure that wherever you are storing the wreath that it does not get too hot as high heat can cause the hot glue to melt and embellishments may potentially fall off. Store the wreath flat side down and ensure that nothing is placed on top of the wreath as weights may cause the shape of some of the floral or ribbons to be damaged. A deco mesh wreath must not be placed face down or left standing on its edge for any length of time.
Deco mesh if placed face down or on their side may lose their shape and it would be quite difficult to reshape if placed flat or squashed. Floral wreaths should also be laid face down, and in a box that does not squash the ribbons ,flowers or greenery. The wired ribbons can be re shaped time and time again, but deco mesh ribbon, or non-wired ribbon may be hard to reshape after a long period of weight being pressed upon them.
I hope you enjoy your wreath for may seasons to come!

Deco mesh or poly mesh is a manmade material. It is waterproof and is available in a wide range of beautiful colours and sizes. It comes in various mesh sizes and is mostly an open weave which means that sometimes the raw edges will fray, and this is not a defect but a normal occurrence. Try not to handle the wreath too much as this will encourage fraying. Some people like the frayed look and for those that do not please do not pull the frayed edge but gently snip the loose pieces away. Deco mesh is suitable for outdoor use. Keep covered from bright sunlight as over time the colours made fade if permanently exposed to strong sunlight. All wreaths need to be protected from extreme weather conditions to prevent them from being damaged
Store your wreath in a large box or large bag, a garbage bag will suffice but leave a hole to release moisture if placing in a very warm area.
When storing your Deco mesh wreath, do not place face down or standing as the deco mesh shape may change and it will be very difficult to reshape the deco mesh once flattened. Place flat side down (the side that would sit against the wall, door or window) to ensure the wreath remains the same beautiful shape as when you got it, and make sure the storage box or bag does not squish any part of the deco mesh. Also do not let any heavy object be placed on top of it as again the shape my get damaged. Deco mesh is very durable and if given care and attention your deco mesh wreath will be a joy year after year.
All our grapevines are hand and the bunches are purchased from a company in the US. I use a variation of natural rattan twig vine garland, dries twigs, bloom room, tendrils and wrapped branches
Our ribbons are sourced from Germany, Ireland, USA, Italy, and Greece. The majority of our ribbon are wired which lends itself better to shaping the bows . It also allows it to be used outside as though the ribbon may get wet it will not lose its shape when wet. If we have tested a ribbon that we don’t recommend outside, we will note it within the description. We use a vast range of sizes , colours and textures to enhance the wreaths. If you don’t find what you are looking for please contact us directly and we can see if we can source your colour preference from our suppliers
